What is Sentiment Analysis?

Sentiment Analysis (also called opinion mining) is the process of determining the emotional tone behind text - whether it's positive, negative, or neutral.
Why is it important?

• Improve products based on user opinions
• Gauge public opinion on topics/events

    Expresses satisfaction, happiness, approval
